How can technology increase depression adn bulling?

Teenagers use technology mostly for communication, they chat with old friends and new ones. Most teenagers feel good with the friends they have and the comments and likes they get on the media, but for others that's not the case. Cyber bulling happens all over the world technology and social media gives the opportunity for this to happen because they have easy access to the ones they want to bully.25% of teenagers report being bullied repeatedly. Imagine how hard it can be if you have a little extra weight, or you were born with bad hair or some problem and people all around you make fun of you? A lot of teenagers all over the world have to deal with this and because of being make fun of they often get depressed. But to get depress you don't necessarily need to be bullied seeng thousand of pictures of "perfect women or men" can affect someone's self stem, If you already hate something about your body seeing images of people that have everything you don't can get you quite depressed.

If I put myself as an example I can assure you that every time I see a photo of a skinny girl I feel down immediately I don't need much.whats worst is that technology makes its easier for depressed teenagers to get even more depressed because they can see pictures of what makes them sad but they can also go into blogs of people that feel that way, which can lead them to feel worst about themselves and finally if you search for pictures you will find millions that instead of helping you can lead you to self harming and eventually to suicide.
